Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund, store credit, or an exchange, subject to the terms below.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be new, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email info@ffsupply.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once your RMA is issued:
- Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the package
- Ship to:

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
SHORTAGES & SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES
All shipments must be inspected upon receipt.
Any shortages, missing items, or shipping discrepancies must be reported to F&F Supply within three (3) business days of delivery.
Claims must include:
- Order number or invoice number
- Description of the discrepancy
- Photos of the received shipment (including packaging, labels, and contents)
Failure to report shortages within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please allow up to 30 days from receipt of the return for processing.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card provider.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged items, please contact us promptly to arrange a refund or exchange.
Additional Terms:
- A 25% restocking fee applies to returns over $250.00
- Damaged or short-shipped items must be reported within 3 business days of receipt
- F&F Supply reserves the right to deny returns on items that are damaged, misused, or not in resalable condition
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special order (non-stock) items
- Power equipment (including snow blowers, brushes, floor machines, generators)
- Vacuums
- Floor matting
- Volume purchases
- Seasonal items
- Warranty items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Denova Detect Natural Gas Alarms
(unless manufacturer defect)
